Ok had this for a while now, just never been botherd to do nethin about it.
Since an update ive had summit that pops up on start up screen saying my Windows isnt unique anymore and i need to resolve it.
I dont have my windows cd around so is there any way to get rid of it since mine isnt actually illegal??

If it isn't illegal then you shouldn't be getting that message - period.
Where did you get your computer/cd from? If it's a shop, report them, you could end up with a free copy of Windows.
