Wiping Computer's

Hello there LOMCN, My friend is obsessed with his Tobisha Recovery Disk, is this normal >.< lol. Im just wondering if this can damage a laptop's hard drive:

Atleast twice a month he wipes his computer with the "Tobisha Recovery Disk" im wondering if this is OCD or is it bad for the computer's hard drive. He does this when he gets more than 30+ icons on his desktop.

Is this bad for the computer or is he just a retard?

Lmfao, why don't he just remove the icons? or place them into a folder on the desktop lol, and no i don't think it'd damage the HD ><

i do it all the time, when my pc starts to slow down, and my hard drive gets messy. wont hurt it at all.
