the difference between 33 and 40 is 7.... and it should be an achievement because items like DSS / dragon staff are level40 and good spells like FlameField are above 40 , so i think it should be an achievement

40 should be an achievement , its less fun to see nearly everyone lvl50+ running around then people being lvl40 and worked hard for it
