Yes it does work outside of LAN. Now fixed CrazyErik's server, he had Ip's in the Gate1 & Gate2 config.ini setup at 192.168.0 instead of 0.0.0.0
Also added external ip to:
\KloginSvr\!serveraddr.txt underneath 127.0.0.1 like:
127.0.0.1
EXTERNALIP
You can't change the server name unless chinaboy gives you a specialised set of gates.
Here is proof of external connection with rainbow coloured tempestofelements looking pretty (colours based on element stone)

1. Mine/Erik's accounts were logged in using the chinese launcher previously
2. Mine/Erik's accounts were logged in via LAN connection.
After a long investigation we've found an error when logging in:

The only solution we found so far is to - Copy these files into C:\Client\king\saved and then rename the file to fit your name:

i got this error msg before and it was the screen resolution, i changed it then it gave no errors
its probably 2 diff errors

It's not resolution problems because it works on my account "RYAN" but not on any other account on my PC.
The file fix makes other characters work though. The 0 stat problem is due to a name change.
If your running on windows 7 try running as admin as it may not have permission to write those files on c: drive. (Legend Of Mir3_TheDayIDie.cfg.itm etc..)
I tried that but both me and my friend are on XP when getting this error. I doesn't make sense when it worked before (either due to logging in previously with LAN or using the chinese launcher). The files do actually get created but they don't seem to work unless you overwrite them with the one's i've mentioned.

landers is for client side, you need the 2GB version of the client
