Sorry guys for a late update. This is because i've been working on coursework in 3 subjects. Having to learn 350 german words off by heart by friday (for an A* )
Anyway,
Here is what i've done so far, its only a small portion of the whole world and i've sized it down. This is apart that joins to another section of the world and above this will be some high leveling caves etc when i've made them. :P Tell me what you think of whats there. Btw theres hardly anything there so dont be harsh, i just thought i'd post an update.

One map that size could do the whole server...
Exactly Kill.
This project i am doing is designed to be a whole new custom mir world.
And bon, if you found a big map silly, then why did i make you a 1000:1000 coorded map a while back? :P

He is right though... big maps are stupid..
Whats point of 1000X1000 maps? Nobody ever explore them all.
No server EVER will have the user base needed to a map that big... so what is point of having a overkill of a map? When you can make it smaller.. more detailed, and still look amazing.
To be honest now days BW is too big. its always empty, there is no point for 50% of it... the only time its size is used for Events... but usually thats because people limit events just to BW lol.

Well TBH mate. Atleast i am trying to do something for the mir2 community by giving them a custom made mir world. Yeah it may be big, but have you thought its big for a reason? It's going to have like 25caves in, few conquest walls, main town etc.
Im doing this because i dont think many other people have and mir players are wanting change and new things brought to what is left of mir as well as original stuff.

Ty guys - I could give M3 maps a go sometime.
And also the weekend coming up, i can hopefully solidly work on this map for about 35hours or so, including friday night. I will post more pictures on sunday night/monday night.
(PS wish me luck on my coursework exam for fri) :P
