tbh it wouldnt be that impossible for a made to order car to cost that much (unless it is hand built). The moulds, machinery etc involved in making cars can cost millions to make. So, if it was an extremely limited edition car tailor made for the super rich, it could be possible, especially if it was made by a company like Maybach.
