If your using the new client, they have renamed group.dat to group88.dat, just rename and will be ok.

Hi. Thx for the advice.
I renamed group100.dat to group.dat and placed it next to dx.login in the client.

Now it says pls start from the client directory. No idea what it wants lol.

Do i need to rename all of the group files and do they need to sit in the server client files as well?

I resolved this. I hadn't put the dx login and server list in the right folder. They had to go down one sub folder :P

Ryan shared a new source with me last night, just tested a few things which were bugged in our version and they seem to be fixed in this new one, although i think this new one is missing a few things am not sure yet, spirit tiger isn't in this i don't think.

I know it's above 1.960 as all the new maps are supported and my login works with it aswell but it needs more testing to be sure.

Am not sure how Ryan got this but if it's been public released in China then it may as well be release on here to see if anyone wants to pick it up.

Just removed the register from the engine anyway, don't think it was actually being set but i removed anyway.

Best of making a new topic for this, it's pretty different from the D.X Version. Just fixed a few things, it had the old guild code in so i just changed that, harvesting is working as well now, exp gains are good.

I will make a new topic later with source and the base set files they came with but with the D.X translated stuff.

Post a screenshot of your server running. I think you got different server names.

Open gamecenter > 3rd tab > put any server name you want, must be lower case then just keep clicking next until you can save then try again.

!Setup.txt has woool as the server name and others have dragon.

yo i carnt find a group.dat file.. can i use a dat file out of shanda offcial files for it?

tried chaging the dat file in the main client still says missing the file

sorted it im on server are drops in mobs or do i have to create drop files nothing seems to be droppin and what path do u set for accounts in BDE

Not sure if i did drops for these files, might have to do them yourself, check MonItems.

Accounts are stored in IDDB folder.
