a decent router/or they host on a web server with dos/flood protection

Yep, RZ abd P69 are both hosted on dedicated servers, which prevent dosing and any kind of attacks on the server...

DOsing is VERY Hard to stop on just a normal computer

I have been looking around, and by the looks of it, dosing CAN be stopped ill keep looking till i find something that might be useful.

EDIT: DoS attacks cannot be FULLY stopped, no matter what protection you have got. But it will prevent the smaller dos attacks.
