why do you need peoples opinion when you already think its a "beast"

your just using it as an oppurtunity to show your computer off, congratulations

BUT on the other hand it is a nice PC, it would be a waste if i had a pc like that, you gota be a serious gamer or serious pc user to want a pc like that

i suppose your definition of a serious gamer is playing mir alot? if u were a serious gamer u wldnt need to ask to know if that was a gd pc. waste of money imo.

I Play FEAR, Mir2 Euro, CS source, BF2, FFXI, Rome, CoD 2 quite a few more. Anyways its not about me being a serious gamer, it's about the computer itself. So shhh, and its not a waste of money, atleast it will last a while.

My computer has been spyware free for two years now.

Enough proof that you don't need to be a genius to keep your PC spyware free?

lol getting virus's and spyware aint such a big prob. in my 11 years of being on the internet i have had the whole 1 virus and 1 spyware infection (which was last year, my dad went on my comp lol), so i dont think it will be getting slowed down any time soon, unless he is a fool.

ne way good spec tho intel P4 are pretty crap at handling the heavy req. of new demanding games/apps ( i know as i am stuck with a duel P4 3.2ghz), u should try the latest amd cores i find they handle it better. but if ur happy with it the now thats the main thing :P

Just cause your PC is super speced does not mean it will last forever

I have a super speced laptop that has gone in for repair twice in 8 months

I am typing this msg on a PII 233 with 128 ram and its over 5 years old and still runs and does what I want her to do (she is on 24/7 and used everyday as its my office PC)(she also hosts the office intranet)

IMO you have a super speced PC that will only ever use half of its power (if that)

On Topic: [Nice comp but I agree you slightly over-done it there] all of that isn't required for every-day use ;o

lol ty for all your interests, yeah i have had computers before so i aint going to get viruses etc. I dont download porn, music files or even use P2P software. Its not worth it imo, yeah the odd one or two is ok, but i wont use it on new one.
But neways ofcourse it will run out of date one day only thing is, its brand new, added lots to it and best thing is not alot of comps will go past it within the next year or so, by then i'll have alot more money, so things go out of date- but you re-new it with the up to date ****. P.S soul fantasy rocked.

i think you could of done better with the price, doesnt Rightguard have a nice pc for less? his is 4800+ dual?? somet liek that

but if your happy with it then thats you, Still since i got a amd (isnt a really good amd, just i find amd alot better) ill never go back to intel inless they make a massive jump in specs, and end up coming out better then amd's which ill also need to be told by urban and a few others on the forum that i should change back to intel :P

AMD WINS ALL! ^^

p.s i was saying this on the first computer he said about, the second is amd :P

So basicly, your spending 2.5k on a computer, and for what games? i could have like 3 new pc's for that and be happy playing all the games currently out. 2.5k is a accesive amount to spend on ONE pc. Inless your gona be making money from this pc, as i wudnt mind paying 10k for a computer if i was gona make more out of it. but your just going to play games? Please correct me if im wrong.
