personally i reckon its too wide, but it can easily be changed when given to those getting it 
as for the moaners, its not hard to do, all you need to know is a bit of mysql/ mssql then its very easy to do, i currently just coded the mir3euro style of "Name, Class and level" in forum postbit, so dont moan when you expect to be given work when you dont give nothing yourself.
