I havent edited or changed anything, so im not entirely sure.
Have you tried right clicking your .exe and running in windows 7 compatibility mode with 'disable display scaling on on high DPI settings' checked and run as admin checked?
I play in windowed mode too if thats any help ?

camt get auto patcher i keep changing it on the config and then i run auto patch amd it just keeps changing it back kinda doing head in now
the server looks good however it's a bit hard for ppl who just started it with no friends already playing to help them, there is no gold method for newbies to buy them skills or atleast I didn't find it out yet, but overall it looks like a decent server .

use another c client if ur having issues with patcher.
patcher is working fine for every1 else, so im not too sure as to how i can fix your issue

added level 70/75 items to drops
no need for a wipe i started a few hours ago and catching up np highest lvl is 65 im lvl 57
next reboot will address some skills
also adds some dropfillers to boss's , more orbs all round, and some torches/exp pots
