Use Language Pack. Chinease (PRC). Thats what helped me translate the quests. But not got a setup sorry

Shut up lol. Chinease PRC translate the scripts to chinease. Then you translate the chinease to english by google translate. So shhh and be Quiet

These are not server files lol, you cannot translate quest because these are server side you can only translate what ever is available in the client.

If you need to kill somthing for a quest it will displace the monsters image in the quest log, if you killed the mob in the picture but it still doesn't work then it will be a "instance" type monster.
