hounds will get alot easier 100+

Hounds can be killed at level 50-60 quite easily in my eyes. My advice would be to kill in the room before to collect Torozor Large pots and then you should be ok.

Tidied/changed the TownsKeeper/Jack (repair) NPC
Added Banking Storage thanks to chris (ingame name Venom)
Many fixes here and the including the 220/235 caves. Mobs should be ok now.

I cant remember anything else I have done to the files but Im sure there is going to be a nice update tonight as well.
