Try this and see if your ports are open http://canyouseeme.org

I have a problem with my BT homehub3 router since they upgraded the router firmware i not been able to forward ports, many others on homehub3 also in my situation.

Firstly check port 7000 not 21. Secondly if port 7000 comes up with that error it means the port is showing up closed which will mean no one will be able to connect to your server.

In external port put 7000, in internal port put 7000, in internal host put your internal ip, in mapping name put port 7000 or something, this is a guess as never used that router but that's what i'd do. Do the same for ports 7100,7200.

The only other thing i can think of is to allow the ports in the firewall and maybe if your router has a firewall check that out to. Out of ideas sorry.

I presume that you can connect yourself?

If you want another computer to access it from your own network you have to set it as a different Ip than 127.0.0.1 cant remember off the top of my head, it might be something similar to 192.168.0.X

the problem you are having is sure to be something like ports not being forwarded or firewall restrictions. Could you upload a picture of your gates just to be sure?

Try just putting 7000 in all those external, internal, trigger start, end, open start, end ports, then test and see if port 7000 is open or not.

Code:
2.3 files online setup
Credit goes to who ever posted this..

dbserver folder serverinfo txt file
internal ip your external ip 7200 (space inbetween each entry)
Gamegate folder config file
[GameGate]
Title=Diamond <----- change to your server name
ServerAddr=127.0.0.1
ServerPort=5000
GateAddr=servers internal ip,, usually 192.168.0.* if on a router or 127.0.0.1 if not
GatePort=7200
ShowLogLevel=10
ShowBite=0
ServerCheckTimeOut=180000
ClientSendBlockSize=500
MaxConnOfIPaddr=50
BlockMethod=0
MaxClientPacketSize=6420
NomClientPacketSize=190
MaxClientMsgCount=100
kickOverPacket=1
ClientTimeOutTime=5000
Login server folder - addrtable txt file
Diamond Diamond 127.0.0.1 your external ip your external ip:7100
(change server names to yours , change internal ip to yours)
M2server folder
runaddr txt file
your external ip
servertable txt file
; Followings have to be arrayed by server no.
;server no. connect-addr port
0 external ip 7200

this will get the server online, all the other ips in the files need to be set to your internal ip, 127.0.0.1 or 192.168.*.* if on a router or left alone if they display 0.0.0.0
for lan playing you need the files above to have your internal ip on them 192.168.*.* and ports wil still need to be forwarded , for lan play the client mir2.exe will need the internal ip in its config / ini files.

try looking at your router admin and see if you have to open your ports for incoming and outgoing connections!
