Hmm try make some smaller signatures, it makes it harder with a larger canvas. Try using a different font as that one is quite hard to read and luminacy(splol) blending isn't great so play about with blending your render better. Also experiment using different shades of blue together.

Looks much better bud ^^, another thing...Add a 1px border to it (Add new layer, Ctrl + A to select all, edit > stroke > 1px(black) ). Just makes things look neater etc.
