black screen after clicking start on char screen

i get black screen also hes not the only guy left lol i been trying for 3 dayz to fix it but nothing.. but i have not been able to try with another pc atm but this PC is hardcore anyway should piss wot i am trying to do

yes mate this problem is somthing else ive followed all the guied possible n done everything but donno also think maby to do with this

MapFile=C:\mirserver\Mir200\Envir\MapInfo.txt

this to me does not exsit i am using 2.3 files sql2000

i was also told these files where setup in sql2005
+ i can not restore the file called mir2(restorethis) but i can restore the file called mir2(restorenotattach) maby im doing that bit wrong

any iders please feel free to lay um down for me
