Can't make Account on own server

ok before everyone askes, i have searched for this and no such luck, i've been looking for around 2 hours and a can't find the thread i'm looking for so if someone could help that would be much appriciated.

i can't seem to make a account on my own ktest server, i did make one account before, set the characters as GM's, but then i closed the server, opened it back up and now it doesn't reconize my own account or comes up with ''id creation failure''

any solutions plz???

you did not search very well
i just did a search found 9 answers

Follow these steps and it shud fix it:

1. Open your mirserver folder
2. Open mud2 folder
3. Open FDB folder
4. Delete everything in FDB folder
5. Go back into mud2 folder
6. Open logsrv folder
7. Open IDDB folder
8. Delete everything in IDDB folder

The second part worked fine for me didnt need to do the first one. At first it removed all accounts but when i remade the one that was lost even the character was restored.

I have my accounts working now Thanks!
