changed all from 127.0.0.1 to 192.x.x.x

Mhh now i have next probs *grr

i have changed all to network ip and what happend *Nothing run

first i have changed only the ips from the how to guide. After that i try to coennect with mirlogin rungate and gate30 it happend nothing so i go into the ini´s and try again gate 30 could connect mirlogin also but rungate say ever and ever again inside cruel server.exe Not ready 192.x.x.x WHY???

i have changed also the parts in the Databases on that guide.

BTW i have done it because often here ppl say it doesnt run on one system so i wanna put the client on other pc but with 127.0.0.1 all have run the only prob was i got not in game after "you are connect to the server please wait some seconds"

pls i need fast help befor i took my pc and throw him out of the window *grrrrrrrrr btw the other post i need the answer also i have made one account over db but that cant not be the best

Yeah nice that tip was the pur gold *hehe

for me it looks like that now the server is completly running i think my last prob is the client i come in login than i come to testchar than i press start and have a blue screen. the task manager say me No Repeat its frozen

i have took the client from a server thats use the same server files than me than i have coppied the server mir.exe in the client folder and changed the mir.cin must i do something else ??

Have you made a cin file with the correct server name and the IP address set to 192.168.X.X?

mhh i think i have. i have took the ip to the pc where the server is on .

server name i have written two times as capture and as the other (thgey where two parts under register and pwchange)

but i controll it fast

If you see your char... but not able to get in game...

In your DB Server folder. Look for a txt file... serveraddr or something.txt
Correct line is...
127.0.0.1,netip:7200
in your case example 127.0.0.1,192.168.1.2:7200

mhh still the same all 3 gameservers say i have connect and have after that disconnect tha mirlogin disconnect me its logical because i come from login to gate but why gate 30 and rungate disconnects me ??

doesn't look like you have game server running yet...

also see your game gate is ---]$$[---

you have to fix your game server/gate

game gate is rungate and that change all the time from --][-- to --]XX[-- and again back to --][--

game gate ini pointing to where? port 5000? 5010? 5100?

rungate was first at 5010 but runs totaly not say ever ip not ready in the crueldrag..... window. i had changed to 5100 after that it could connect but change all the time how i show it u out and in out and in

3000 - Login Server (for servercount)
4900 - Message Server (for split server config)
5000 - Game Server (for game gate)
5010 - Game Server (for game gate) - instead of 5000 if hex'ed exe
5100 - DB Server (for selchar gate)
5500 - Login Server (for login gate)
5600 - Login Server (for db/game server)
6000 - DB Server (for game server)
7000 - Login Gate
7100 - Selchar Gate
7200 - Game Gate
UDP 10000 - Log Data Server
