Connection Problem

I'm having a problem connecting to the game. I click on the exe and it loads up N Protect game guard but it just appears for a short period of time then disappears and the game does not open.

anyone know what my problem is

Alot of people are having the same connection problem theres a post on the official forum about it. i get stuck on the char select screen for about 5 minutes there gunna resolve it when they can figure out what it is.

got a link to it or anything can't access the game what so ever and can just seen posts in the forum that are made by other people with my problem

Just close explorer.exe in task manager
Then go to the applications tab
Click New Task
Type explorer then hit ok

Game will run again

Its a vista, win 7 problem that pops up from time to time
