Creating A Mir Server Help Needed

I want to create a mir server but cant seem to find any files which I can download all the download links seem to be broken. Plus I need a guide to tell me what to do I know there are guides about but the links are broken to the files.

I have downloaded these files but I need the database to restore it otherwise my characters dont come up in the character menu or am I doing this wrong.

JP files do need SQL, use microsoft access or another db editor to open the DB not sql.
