Graphics card problem

[Sanity]

Anyone know how to fix this, it happens on all games i played, i know i updated my graphics card recently but i can't remember if this problem happened before that, not played games for a while.

Driver up to date.
Directx up to date.
Cleaned the graphics card out.

Roll back your drivers. If it is still the same check to make sure it a certain game if it isn't then get a replacement.

If it shows artifacts in any other part of your windiws your card might be on its way out, before you go out and purchase a new one you should try the oven trick on it.

May sounds like its a bit dodgy but its brought 2 cards i had lying back to life and an old laptop haha.
