help with server

ok i downloaded the files for offline use but i dont get what the 3in1 is supose to do so i run it and it dosent do anyhting anyway so i run the rest (it says not to run no1 if did 3in1 so i didnt)
and i try getting on the server i get to the char screen make a char(put the name in admin list so would be gm) but no notice board how do i fix ?

chek ur ips are all set 2 127.0.0.1 + name is setup in all files eg Foundation

chek firewall is off

also there are better files sumwhr wif a better GG + reg serv (4got where tho) look on search

you need to have the reg server setup and RUNNING for all the files to connect

from your pic there is no reg server running
just cause a program looks like it is doing nothing does not mean it is
