How do i put luck on a necklace?

np u cannot have speed and luck on it .. its either Luck or Speed on a necklace...

STDmode=21 for SPEED Necklace under AC
STDmode=19 for LUCK Necklace under AC ( i think)

Its best to put luck on your weapon, a speed on necklace, and agil and acc on bracelets

Some necklaces have the chance of luck, though. Rumour has it though, even if you have Luck+3 on the weapon and you put on a Luck+ Necklace, it doesn't increase to 4.. I don't know about it though, never tried.
