Map Problem

When I make a mini map the outside off the walls appear white and looks crap, how do I go about making it Black ?
I've used some black tiles to fill the outside but when you do that and fill attributes you can still RT out of the walls is this because I've filled the outside with black tiles ? =/

Also when making Mini map you resize it to 25%, what size do i do it for Big Map ?

Did you save to bmp ? And you cant edit it in paint or watever, cause black shows as white ingame.

Yea I saved it to bmp and thats it, I havent edited it in paint either.

And u filled in the black tiles in map edit ? And for bigmap sketch n skew 50% of the 25%.

Well I tried that and it didnt work I kept a copy of the orignal map so in this case atm theres nothing edited to it.

Just made the map and saved as BMP thats it.. (No black tiles on the outside..)

Done another map and the same happens.

Your saying you cant do attributes and fill in tiles?

Send me the map ill have a gander at it for you, i cant see why your having a problem you simply go:

Fill Attributes (fill yellow) on the outside and core.
Fill tiles (fill black tiles) on outside and core.
Save .bmp

done.... =/

Lol this part solved my problem wernt doing this before you see lal :P

Btw trying to resize for big map at 50% dont seem right in game, the dot is well missed placed..

Resize .bmp to 25% for minimap
Resize minimap to 50%?

I thought it was 25 or 15%, i dont make minimaps, i just provide the .bmp haha!

25% is for MiniMap, Im trying to sort BigMap out Ive tried 25% and 50% for BigMap and neither seem right.

No, 1st you make your mini map, then you sketch n skew that by 50% = your big map.
