edit: managed to get online but when i make a chara it doesnt come up on my screen..
seems chars dont save :S how do i fix this pls

What does it say on the DBServer? Are* there any errors? It may point towards a particular table, in which case, you would have to address the problem by implenting the updates.doc (top 5).

you mean 1000 isnt enough? no there's no way, tbh i should lower it to 255 since you'd never need to bother with a server above that
why change it? that means high rate servers cannot make high stat'd items.

lol why do you keep going out of your way to limit the diversity of servers???

That Error means you have added the new gates ect but not done the necessary Updates in SQL (adding new colums and data settings) my advice would be to follow Update.doc from bottom to top (top being most recent update needed)

You have to type @allowpopup so you can be grouped.

Just getting back into mir server side sorry for the idiot post but would just like to ask about these files.

These are 2.3 files meaning 1.9 files with the 2.3 m2, i thought that delphi was required for the 2.3 version m2.

appreciate any reply.

I have a question about SQL.. how do u set it up so it has a password..

I've downloaded SQLEval from the microsoft website and installed it, but it didnt prompt me to assign a username/password.

Im guessing there is a specific way to do this, i read about a "mixed" way, but no luck on figuring anything out.

Any thoughts?

these are coded files by TD and they are basically 2.3 files not 1.9

Delphi is needed to code the files yourself well code the svn files not these ones.

Try the following things:

SQLHost=(local) try using 127.0.0.1

what version of sql u running,

on 2000 We had to reinstall mssql to get it working,

make sure you remove it first even the folders (bk the databaes)

after we did that it all worked hope it helps

Thnx for the suggestions. Tried changing (local) to 127.0.0.1, but no change in error.

I'm using MSSQL 2005. Do I need to install an additional ODBC file?
