i used to be on 8mb and have a 220kb/s download, but then they realised i was only paying for 515kb speed and cut me down

Yea im with tiscali on 8mb and average 200kb/s. Thats the speed i get in the morning night time it drops down to 20-50kb/s.

That sounds like a coincidence, I have that same problem, that and the fact it keeps going up and down when it feels like it.
