player locked in game

does anyone know how to remove a player that is locked in game, when @kick doest work, or kick within the m2? when this happens the player can log onto the same account and select there other char, and see there other char still ingame, but cant connect on the player locked in game, the m2 says they are still connected, but its like they are a ghost?

any help appreciated

yep, thats how ive been doing it,, but had it happen twice in 2 days on different players

could it be dbserver plying up?

To fix tjis try to look into Command.txt and see if u have :
[Kick]
Info=Kick all Asshole
Name=Kick
Admin=3
TestServer=TRUE
and try to login into game like GM and try again @kick NameCharater ,and must to work, but only to kick him, and only if is in game the player. Try this plz, i hope work this!!! :bounce:

Ragezone does that all the time - second time in a week my char has been left lying on the floor and nothing seems to be done about it

I had this problem with one of my own characters on Massacre. It happened after i checked the monitor box in character info in the m2 (i assume). I found no direct fix for it. In the end i created a new character and account and coppied all the details over (exp/flags/item ect).

there's a bug in the chinese mir emu files
if you have a master or slave you risk having your char stuck ingame till next reboot
the only solution is to be smart and not allow anyone to use the bugged master/slave system

ok,, thx for all the responses chaps, and sorry to hear about your plight hesmondo (but server reboot seems only option).
most likely answer seems to be from TD ,although master slave has been in a while, and this is a recent occurence.

jasper it doesnt happen all the time but it's like a 1/1000 chance of happening when you logout so on small servers you hardly get it, we used to get it several times a week on rz low rate
