What do you prefer?

Me and mates are thinkng of makig server we've got lots of ideas and already finished few scripts but we were going to use crusade files and change them alot ie delete maps add maps and new systems oh and deleing kits.
If we use TDs 2.3 files we were going to add some custom kits at 50+ but we wanted to know what the public would prefer. e.g
Crusade files
2.6
TDs files

and whether it should be a Low,Med or High rate. thanks

Tbh your better of starting with bare files found in help forum and going from there
