Nevermind, ive set local ip to 127.0.0.1 instead of 192.168.0.198 and working fine now

Hey, ive forwarded my all ports i searched that people said to forward. I used this guide to set all my ip's. There's a screenshot below of my ports. Im using D-Link DIR-655 Router, My router's ip is 198.168.0.1 My computer's local ip = 198.168.0.198 - thats what remote admin also says.
