Don't worry, I'll add some feedback on the whole tax situation once the CPU gets here. In this scenario, there's most likely going to be no charge.

I sold an Opteron 180 IHSless CPU off ebay to a guy in cyprus and today after email exchange he filed a paypal buyer complaint saying it is DOA...

I had 93 USD an hour before in there that I transfered to my bank account and when the guy filed the claim the transfer was reversed and they took 500 - paypal feels - 93 USD to make my account ATM -360 USD....

Apparently on a complain they essentially freeze the money, even if it's gone...

He told me he put it in an Asus mobo with the stock heatsink which brings up two problems... 1) with the stock heatsink/motherboard retention bracket the core does NOT make contact with the heatsink... and two he said he's using an older bios that doesn't even recognize the CPU so god knows what stock voltage it detected it at naked without a heatsink... then he says no that can't be it he tried it in his shuttle... ****ing bull****... and then he bull****s more saying it did make contact in the asus... well that's ****ing news to me since that would be the FIRST case of the stock heatsink+bracket making contact with an IHSless core.

And on top of it all, the thing is... this isn't a CPU I bought to sell to him... this was MY personal 180... SO I KNOW it worked.

Hopefully paypal will understand the technical aspects, because WTF if I'm out 363 dollars AFTER 93 USD taken away already.

This also means my shop is closed down until this complaint is resolved... which could take WEEKS....

I sold my personal FX-57 IHSless months ago and I didn't have this problem with some idiot buyer.

****.

=) Done.

Is it normal for the GPU to be around 45-55 degreeC? =/ Feels a bit hot, but I'm no temp expert. Oh and thanks for the overl**** help too m8, computer is running very smoother w/o glitches.
