when my bro was goin gym i think he got to bout 25k on dumbbells (each 1) and got to 95 on benchpress but then he stopped goin and it all turned into fat lol he gonna start goin agen soon tho

kg is kilogram ;) and i do go to gym noooobs n raz0r i aint weak :) and blam bench press is when u lye on ur back and do 2 hands on a weight up n down

@badboyadam - that was really funny about the ballons :D

edit: why will u go small if u weight lift at 13?

I have a set of free hand weights, and a multi gym in my garage which i used to use regularly. But at the moment we've just moved house so the multi-gym is in the garage underneath piles of boxers, and i haven't really had chance to do my free hands.

I used to do this 4 times a week though, and fit it in every now and then at the moment (the weights are excluding the weights of the bars in which they are on):

• 15 5kg Bicep Curl on each arm
• 10 7.5kg Bicep Curl on each arm
• 5 10kg Bicep Curl on each arm
• 10 3.5kg (each arm) Shoulder Press
• 2x 10 10kg Shoulder Press (bar)
• 2x 10 10kg Shoulder Press – behind neck (bar)
• 2x 10 10kg Reverse Bicep Curl (bar)
• 2x 10 5kg Dead Lifts (bar)
• 2x10 5kg Bent Over Row (bar)
• 20 5kg Hammer Curls (each arm)
• 2x 10 5kg Side Bends on each side
• 10 2.5kg Tricep Extensions on each arm
• 2x 8 3.5kg Tricep Extension on each arm
• 2x 6 2.5kg (each arm) Lateral Raise
• 2x 10 2.5kg (each arm) Upright Row
• 2x 20 5kg (each arm) Chest Fly
• 50 Stomach Crunches (5kg on chest) between the above.
• 2x15 5kg (each arm) Chest Press
• 50 Stomach Crunches (5kg on chest) between the above.
• 2x 10 7.5kg (each arm) Chest Fly
• Bicycle-leg stomach thing between the above.
