He didn't break any rule. He's just a shitty gamemaster who wants to make a quick buck. You exploited a bug to crash a server repeatedly.
AFAIK he got the donations money and shut down the server the next day. And that thing about a friend who used his computer and stole a db while he was in the bathroom or something like that, I don't remember, I wasn't mod back then.
