when I restored db's appear this problem

got same issue with sql 2000 developer edition. guess im gonna have to try and find 2005 edition unless someone who has 2005 edition can export the databases to ms Excel for me? Is SQL Express Edition 2005 ok to use?

Another quick couple of questions, has the DB got magic stones and horsearmours in there?

Not sure if I'm right in saying this, but I think there might be a virus in these files. As soon as I extracted the files my antivirus and antispyware stopped working :S

You can import parts of the 3.55 DB in, but then you will find half the things included in the files don't work and you will start about rebuilding the DB's.

If you are serious about working with these files, then I would sugest you build up these files and forget about the Cruel files and DB's as you will end up with a lot of hassle if you start importing.

The files are setup differently, but their is a guide somewhere on how to set them up.

These files tell me they are infected with "Win32:Parite Virus/Worm". i have cleaned them with Avast Antivirus, just setting up my virtual machine to see if they work still lol

:)

Yeah my anti virus said the same thing. Unfortunately for me downloading the files also screwed up my holley files somehow.

Reason for that Mick, is the codding for the client is a bit FUBARD and does give a false positive.

This is in all the exe's, the same code that looks like the same virus? The other thing is that it cleans it quite easily.

If it's comming up with the win32, quiet possibly the files are protected by Thedia or however you spell it. Which is a known protector to give out the Win32.
