Just because Spliff doesn't want to act/report on it, doesn't mean there shouldn't be repercussions. We all make mistakes and yet as soon as a staff member does, it's the end of the world and everyone must riot.
The person in question here is a member of staff, the same staff that are here to ensure all rules are followed correctly. They knowingly took advantage of a GM to benefit himself. You're right it's not the end of the world, but it absolutely should be dealt with the same weight any other person would be (if anything should be more harsh as they are meant to be setting an "example")
You deleting/removing/hiding whatever the post, just implies that you're covering for your staff members, but are happy to add names to your **** list with no proof. Double standards.
