thats not what i mean.

see how the txt has white or coloured block background behind it, it should be just coloured text only, no background. ( Example ???? 10240 ?????, should be just bold red text not white on a red background)

looks so tacky that way.

i like the overall design but that issue has been bugging me since i first played mir.

I think it would be far too hard to read the text if you removed the background, they would have to make the text more .. Bold maybe i don't but you would struggle reading it without it.

not hard to do, just decrease the opacity of the background (or give players the option to) and make the text bold, char = bold white, admin bold red, shout bold yellow.. etc would be no problem see'ing it against a darker background, most games do this now.

That looks very nice. So much better than the current one.

As for no background on the text, it would have to have some sort of background otherwise it would be a nuisance to read.
