Defoe & Rooney partnered have never scored a goal between um lol -_-
And no Joe Cole! Goodbye Capello if we don't progress
Gerrard does NOT work on the left.. Whens he going to realise!
Also ruins Ashley Cole as he can't get forward as much as Gerrard ALWAYS drifts in field.

Also, this will be the first world cup since 1958 (I think) that England don't get passed the group stages.

I'm hoping England get put out, not because I don't like the majority of the people or that I don't like the team, just the fact that the people that still go on about 66, if England win this world cup I can't be arsed with hearing about it the rest of my life.

If they play the same formation/people they have against usa + algeria, theyre not winning. Need to change it up, play gerrard behind whoever their striker is, and tbh he could just tell them to go out and play, theyve got a fair few top class players, and there is no real **** people.

I'm British mate, and I'm not jealous if every single person that goes on about '66 didn't, I'd be supporting England as it is at least a British team.

Some people are never happy :P hopefully we get germany next i feel the better the team we play brings the best out of england.

Best we played in the group stages by far, this win should put more confidence in England, Rooney loooked good, Milner was fantastic imo, not a great result but happy for the way England played.

A better display from England and at least they got the job done.
Was annoying listening to the commentators saying how well England had played though as I don't think they were that convincing.
Truth is although they could of won by 2 or 3 they could also have lost it, they gave Slovenia far too many chances.
